Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed with Amino Annex, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Processing time refers to order verification, packaging, and fulfillment before shipment.
During periods of high demand, processing times may be extended.
We reserve the right to delay shipment if additional order verification is required.
2. Shipping Methods
Shipping options and estimated delivery timeframes are provided at checkout.
Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Carrier service interruptions
- Weather events
- Address errors
- Customs delays (if applicable)
- Force majeure events
3. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via email.
It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor tracking and ensure secure receipt of the package.
4. Risk of Loss & Delivery Confirmation
Risk of loss transfers to the purchaser upon confirmed delivery by the shipping carrier.
A shipment marked “Delivered” by the carrier is considered fulfilled and complete.
We are not responsible for:
- Packages stolen after delivery
- Packages delivered to the address entered at checkout
- Carrier misdelivery when tracking confirms delivery
For higher-value orders, signature confirmation may be required at our discretion.
5. Optional Shipping Protection (Route)
We may offer optional third-party shipping protection (including but not limited to Route) at checkout.
If shipping protection is purchased:
- Claims for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments must be filed directly with the shipping protection provider.
- Claim approvals or denials are determined solely by the third-party provider.
- The Company is not responsible for claim outcomes.
If shipping protection is declined:
- The customer assumes full risk of loss once the carrier confirms delivery.
6. Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
We are not responsible for:
- Packages delivered to incorrectly entered addresses
- Reshipment costs due to customer error
- Returned-to-sender packages due to incorrect address
If a package is returned to us due to address error, reshipping fees may apply.
7. Refused or Undeliverable Shipments
If a shipment is refused or deemed undeliverable by the carrier:
- The order will not be refunded.
- Reshipment may require additional shipping fees.
- We are not responsible for the carrier’s disposal of undeliverable packages.
8. Fraud Prevention & Shipping Protection Abuse
We actively monitor for shipping fraud and abuse.
We reserve the right to:
- Require signature confirmation
- Delay shipment pending verification
- Refuse high-risk transactions
- Permanently ban accounts engaging in fraudulent claims
False claims involving shipping issues or abuse of shipping protection services may result in account termination and reporting to applicable third parties where legally permitted.
9. International Shipping (If Applicable)
If international shipping is offered:
- The customer is responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import regulations.
- We are not responsible for customs delays or seizures.
- Orders refused by customs will not be refunded.
