ACH Authorization Terms

These ACH Authorization Terms (“Terms”) apply to any customer who selects Automated Clearing House (“ACH”) payment as a method of payment when purchasing from Amino Annex, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By selecting ACH as your payment method, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
1. Authorization to Debit
By providing your bank account information and submitting an order, you authorize Amino Annex, LLC and its payment processors to initiate an electronic debit from your designated bank account for the total amount of your purchase.
You further authorize your financial institution to honor such debits in accordance with this authorization.
This authorization applies to the specific transaction submitted at checkout.
2. Account Holder Representation
By using ACH, you represent and warrant that:
- You are the authorized account holder or have full authority to authorize the transaction.
- The bank account information provided is accurate and complete.
- Sufficient funds are available to complete the transaction.
- The transaction is not being submitted under false pretenses.
Providing false bank information constitutes fraud.
3. NACHA Compliance
ACH transactions are governed by the rules of the National Automated Clearing House Association (NACHA) and applicable federal regulations.
You acknowledge that ACH payments may be subject to verification and fraud screening procedures.
4. Processing & Settlement
ACH payments may require verification prior to fulfillment.
We reserve the right to:
- Delay order processing pending ACH verification
- Cancel transactions suspected of fraud
- Require additional verification
Orders may not ship until ACH payment is authorized and confirmed.
5. Returns, Reversals & Disputes
Unauthorized ACH reversals, returns, or disputes inconsistent with this authorization may be considered fraudulent.
Before initiating any reversal or dispute with your financial institution, you agree to contact us directly at:
We maintain transaction records including:
- IP address
- Device information
- Account authorization logs
- Order confirmation timestamps
- Customer communications
These records may be submitted to financial institutions in response to ACH disputes.
6. Insufficient Funds & Returned Payments
If an ACH transaction is returned due to insufficient funds, stop payment, or account closure, we reserve the right to:
- Cancel the associated order
- Refuse future ACH payments
- Require alternative payment methods
- Pursue recovery of applicable fees where permitted by law
7. Fraudulent Activity
We actively monitor ACH transactions for fraud.
We reserve the right to:
- Permanently ban accounts engaging in fraudulent behavior
- Refuse future service
- Report suspected fraud to payment processors and financial institutions where legally permitted
Fraudulent activity may result in civil recovery actions where permitted by law.
8. Revocation of Authorization
You may revoke future ACH authorization by contacting us prior to submitting a new order.
Revocation does not apply retroactively to completed transactions.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Amino Annex, LLC shall not be liable for:
- Bank processing delays
- Financial institution errors
- Customer-submitted incorrect account information
- Consequential damages arising from ACH processing
Liability is limited to the amount of the authorized transaction.
10. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these ACH Authorization Terms at any time. Continued use of ACH payment constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
