This Refund & Chargeback Policy (“Policy”) applies to all purchases made from Amino Annex, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) through our website. This Policy forms part of our Terms of Service.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Policy.

1. All Sales Final (No Returns / No Refunds)

Due to the specialized nature of laboratory research materials and the inability to verify handling after shipment, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or provide refunds once an order has been placed, processed, or shipped.

2. Shipping Issues & Optional Route Protection

We offer optional third-party shipping protection (including but not limited to Route) at checkout.

If Shipping Protection Is Purchased:

Claims for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments must be filed directly with the shipping protection provider and are subject to that provider’s terms.

Claim determinations are made solely by the third-party provider.

If Shipping Protection Is Declined:

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon confirmed carrier delivery. We are not responsible for:

  • Lost packages
  • Stolen packages
  • Carrier damage
  • Delivery delays
  • Packages marked “Delivered” by the carrier

We do not replace or refund orders for shipping-related issues.

3. Product Quality Issues (Replacement Only)

We may provide a replacement (not a refund) solely in cases of verified product quality issues.

To qualify:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • You must provide clear photo evidence of the issue
  • The issue must relate to product integrity or a manufacturing defect
  • Original packaging must be retained

Replacement approval is at our sole discretion.

No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

4. Incorrect Address & Delivery Confirmation

Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information.

Orders delivered to the address provided at checkout are considered fulfilled.

Carrier delivery confirmation constitutes proof of delivery.

5. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before entering processing.

Once an order enters fulfillment or shipment, it cannot be canceled.

Cancellation approval is at our sole discretion.

6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

6.1 Required Direct Contact

You agree to contact us at info@aminoannex.com to attempt resolution prior to initiating any chargeback or payment dispute.

6.2 Transaction Records

We maintain detailed transaction records, including:

  • IP address
  • Device information
  • Billing and shipping verification
  • Order timestamps
  • Carrier tracking and delivery confirmation
  • Customer communications

These records may be submitted in response to any dispute.

6.3 Fraudulent or Abusive Disputes

Initiating a chargeback inconsistent with documented delivery or policy acceptance may be considered fraudulent.

We reserve the right to:

  • Permanently ban accounts
  • Refuse future service
  • Report abuse to payment processors and fraud monitoring systems
  • Pursue recovery of chargeback fees and associated costs where permitted by law

7. Abuse of Shipping Protection

False or misleading shipping protection claims, including claims contradicting carrier delivery confirmation, may result in:

  • Permanent account termination
  • Refusal of future shipping protection eligibility
  • Reporting to applicable third parties where legally permitted

8. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to update this Policy at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any changes.
